Every single thing was good. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Exterior view was worthy, the staff were pleasant people on shift. The location was great and fab, for example, a large urban plaza was not very far from the hotel. It was a really quiet area, the best base for me. Truly enjoyed to be right by an underground station.

Breakfast was delicious, magnificent views, stunning location just off Puerto del sol and the old section of the city which has amazing tapas bars and cafés, and center of town. The double room was newly remodelled and high-class, with a storage and an iron.

We were given a double room with a terrace upon arrival. Everything was good as expected, but the bathroom was horrible. The location was marvellous and incredible, right by an iconic street.

The location is very central. The subway station is 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. The breakfast is plentiful, the stuff keeps it stocked and fairly clean.
